Our Team
Mr Taurai Stanely Shonhiwa
Managing Director
Stanley holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, a Class 1 Electrician certificate, and a Diploma in Project Management. He is an entrepreneurial go-getter with a proven track record in successful programs and projects. With strong business acumen, he excels in power generation, synchronization, and both single and three-phase electrical systems.
Stanley has extensive knowledge of AC/DC theory, electrical drawings, preventive maintenance, and basic instrumentation systems. He possesses excellent interpersonal skills, effectively networking and building relationships. With 15 years of experience at Faraday Electrical, he has successfully managed solar installation projects for clients like Econet and Schweppes, as well as generator installations for ZOL and various base stations across Zimbabwe.
Eng. Joseph Tawanda Samuriwo (Pr.Eng.Zwe)
Technical Director
Joseph is a registered professional engineer with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ) and a member of both the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (ZIE) and the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers (SAIEE). He holds a Master’s in Manufacturing Systems and Operations Management and a Bachelor’s in Electronic Engineering from NUST.
As a certified project management practitioner (Prince 2) and Solar Systems Design expert, he has over eight years of experience as a maintenance engineer at Intertoll Africa. Joseph also lectures in Electrical Power Engineering at Mutare Polytechnic College. He is committed to delivering tailored sustainable solutions in the power and energy sector, striving for excellence for all clients.
